INVESTORS REALTY GROUP is a small, family-owned company based in Ypsilanti, Michigan where we focus on third-party property management of smaller investor portfolios as well as brokerage in and around Washtenaw County, Michigan.
WHAT YOU NEED
> Be in good standing with LARA and the REALTOR® Association
> Have at least 5 years of experience with 20+ transactions closed.
> Be set up to work independently.
> Have an established niche in or around Washtenaw County.
WHAT WE OFFER
> 80/20 commission split.
> Dedicated workstation available to you 2-3 days per week.
> Marketing support.
> You pay $195/month brokerage fee and sliding scale transaction fee.
