Colleen R. Kennedy, JD

Broker/Owner

Colleen was born in Ann Arbor and raised in Clare, Michigan. She earned her Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees at Michigan State University. She grew up in the business, and is a third-generation investment property owner and manager. Colleen served as a Corporate Commercial Leasing Attorney for Land America Financial Group, and a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney with Trott Law PC. Colleen offers clients guidance and expertise with:

Allison B. Ireton, JD

Associate Broker

Allison currently serves as General Counsel for Bloom City Club and TreeTown Cannabis and has been a key figure in the emergence and growth of Michigan’s highly successful regulated medical and recreational cannabis industry. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Cannabis Trade Association (MICIA). Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in information systems management from Salisbury University. She then received her MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C. and her Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ireton is a fully-licensed real estate broker and manages all cannabis industry-related real estate deals and transactions for Prospect Realty Group.

Nicole D. Hieber, MBA

CFO & Partner

Nikki Hieber earned her BBA in Accounting at Eastern Michigan University and her MBA from Davenport University. She has 10 years of experience serving as a Controller and fractional CFO for a variety of successful businesses in the real estate field. Her experience includes developing accounting systems and overseeing accounting operations for large real estate syndications and mid-sized property management companies. At Prospect Realty Group, Nikki has overseen implementation of Rent Manager, the recognized best-in-class property management accounting software. In her day-to-day role, she provides both PRG and our clients accounting excellence that surpasses industry norms.

Chandler Kennedy

REALTOR® & Property Manager

Chandler Kennedy is a 2020 graduate of South Lyon High School. After graduation, Chandler was hired as a laborer for Washtenaw County’s largest property management company and over the following two years was promoted to leasing agent, assistant property manager, and then property manager. His portfolio included more than 300 rental units in Washtenaw, Wayne and Monroe Counties. In 2024 he earned his Michigan real estate salesperson license.

Sadie Chavez Huse

REALTOR® & Property Manager

Sadie is a licensed real estate salesperson with successful experience as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent. Sadie grew up in Redford, Michigan and really knows the in’s-and-out’s of Western Wayne and Washtenaw Counties. She studied at Schoolcraft College and did her real estate training at the Michigan Institute of Real Estate. Sadie provides exceptional client service and attention to detail and is available to provide expert representation, marketing and negotiation for sellers and buyers.
