How It Works

  • We manage client properties to increase monthly cash-flow AND to measurably improve the overall value.
  • Management fee ranges between 8-11% of rent collected, based on the condition, status and occupancy of the property.
  • Offer one and two-year management contracts that can be cancelled at any time with 60 days’ notice.
  • We can handle every aspect of managing your properties or we can focus on a specific area, such as filling vacancies, improving tenant quality, accounting, turns management. etc.
