Colleen R. Kennedy, JD
Broker/Owner
Colleen was born in Ann Arbor and raised in Clare, Michigan. She earned her Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees at Michigan State University. She grew up in the business, and is a third-generation investment property owner and manager. Colleen served as a Corporate Commercial Leasing Attorney for Land America Financial Group, and a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney with Trott Law PC. Colleen offers clients guidance and expertise with:

Allison B. Ireton, JD
Associate Broker
Allison currently serves as General Counsel for Bloom City Club and TreeTown Cannabis and has been a key figure in the emergence and growth of Michigan’s highly successful regulated medical and recreational cannabis industry. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Cannabis Trade Association (MICIA). Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in information systems management from Salisbury University. She then received her MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C. and her Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ireton is a fully-licensed real estate broker and manages all cannabis industry-related real estate deals and transactions for Prospect Realty Group.
Nicole D. Hieber, MBA
CFO & Partner
Nikki Hieber earned her BBA in Accounting at Eastern Michigan University and her MBA from Davenport University. She has 10 years of experience serving as a Controller and fractional CFO for a variety of successful businesses in the real estate field. Her experience includes developing accounting systems and overseeing accounting operations for large real estate syndications and mid-sized property management companies. At Prospect Realty Group, Nikki has overseen implementation of Rent Manager, the recognized best-in-class property management accounting software. In her day-to-day role, she provides both PRG and our clients accounting excellence that surpasses industry norms.
Jeff Muir, REALTOR
VP Operations & Partner
Jeff grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Michigan. He first earned his real estate license in 1999 and has been licensed in both Michigan and New York. During his career, Jeff has worked for a variety of land use organizations, including the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, Washtenaw Area Apartment Association, the Washtenaw Contractors Association, Allen & Kwan Commercial, and others. At Prospect Realty Group, Jeff is responsible for business development, systems, and marketing.
Sarah Roland
Sales & Leasing
Sarah earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Eastern Michigan University and owns and manages her own real estate portfolio in Ypsilanti. She has more than two decade’s experience as a rental sales and leasing consultant. She also has significant experience with digital and social media marketing. At Prospect Realty Group, Sarah ensures that people looking to rent have a smooth process from inquiry to application to leasing to move-in.
Chandler Kennedy
Realtor & Property Manager
Chandler Kennedy is a 2020 graduate of South Lyon High School. After graduation, Chandler was hired as a laborer for Washtenaw County’s largest property management company and over the following two years was promoted to leasing agent, assistant property manager, and then property manager. His portfolio included more than 300 rental units in Washtenaw, Wayne and Monroe Counties. In 2024 he earned his Michigan real estate salesperson license. At Prospect Realty Group, Chandler is responsible for working with contractors, coordinating construction projects, and making sure tenants are safe and happy.
