Can you help me sell my home?

Absolutely! We specialize in helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and at the best price. Our local team will handle marketing, showings, and negotiations to get you the top market sales price for your home. What cities do you work in?

Prospect Realty Group is very active in Monroe, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties. We have successfully completed real estate transactions in Ann Arbor, Belleville, Canton, Detroit, Plymouth, South Lyon, Warren, River Rouge, Westland, Inkster, Monroe, Superior Township, Pittsfield Township, Ypsilanti, and many others.
How do you handle broker compensation in light of the NAR settlement?

What is your experience in the real estate industry?

Owner/Broker Colleen Kennedy received her law degree from Michigan State University and was first licensed as a real estate broker more than 15 years ago. She served as Director of Commercial Management for one of the state’s largest property management companies from 2020-2023. She previously served as a Corporate Commercial Leasing Attorney for Land America Financial Group, and a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney with Trott Law PC.

Partner/ VP Operations Jeff Muir received his real estate license in 1999 and has been licensed in both Michigan and New York. He has experience in both residential and commercial real estate for investor clients and served as Director of Acquisitions and Business Development for one of Michigan’s largest property management companies from 2019-2023.

Associate Broker Allison Ireton currently serves as General Counsel for Bloom City Club and TreeTown Cannabis and has been a key figure in the emergence and growth of Michigan’s highly successful regulated medical and recreational cannabis industry. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Cannabis Trade Association (MICIA). Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in information systems management from Salisbury University. She then received her MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C. and her Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ireton is a fully-licensed real estate broker. and manages all cannabis industry-related real estate deals and transactions for Prospect Realty Group.

Sadie Chavez Huse is a licensed real estate salesperson with successful experience as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent. Sadie grew up in Redford, Michigan and really knows the in’s-and-out’s of Western Wayne and Washtenaw Counties. She studied at Schoolcraft College did her real estate training at the Michigan Institute of Real Estate. Sadie provides exceptional client service and attention to detail and is available rto provide expert representation for sellers or buyers.
Can you help me solve a difficult tenant / vendor / brokerage issue?

Most likely! With our legal and public affairs background, as well as our in-the-trenches, hands-on experience in property management and acquisition, we can help untangle difficult issues. Examples include getting Section 8 payments moved to a new owner, evictions, vendor/contractor disputes, performance and compliance audits, etc.
2026 Rates & Fees

Prospect Realty Group offers full-service real estate brokerage and property management as well as operational consulting. We also offer flat-fee, month-to-month property management support plans that range from $125 – $350 per month. Work can be quoted per-project. Unless otherwise specified in a written and signed work agreement, all other work will be billed at the rates stated below.

Mediation & Arbitration Notice

Any and all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with or relating to this website or services provided by Prospect Realty Group or it’s related organizations, services or employees, or any claim that either part has violated any local, state or federal statutes, common-law doctrine, or committed any tort with respect to the other party shall, on the request of either party, be submitted to and settled by arbitration in the State of Michigan pursuant to the rules, then in effect, of the American Arbitration Association (or at any other place or under any other form of arbitration mutually acceptable to the parties involved). Thai agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforceable under the prevailing arbitration law. Notice of demand for arbitration shall be filed, in writing, with the other party within a reasonable time after the claim, dispute or other matter in question arose where the party asserting the claim should reasonably have been aware of it, but in no event later than the applicable Michigan statue of limitations. Cost of arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties, provided that each party shall pay for and bear the cost of their own experts, evidence, and attorney fees. Judgment on any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction to do so. The parties agree that prior to submitting a dispute to arbitration, they shall make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute through mediation.
